CREATING A DIGITAL MINDSET
A large multinational wanted to create a digital mindset throughout the entire company. Peer Learning by the top 1000 leaders formed the basis of the transformation. The main leadership challenges to meet the new strategy were defined and Peer Learning was the way to set visible actions on Personal, Team, BU and Organizational level. Culture Surveys and pulses measured the shift in behaviour. A Culture Community was created and facilitated the entire process. Peer Learning clearly accelerated the transformation.
