INCREASING EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

An energy company wanted to improve the leadership capabilities across four leadership levels. The first step was to refresh the company's leadership principles, which was done in several workshops. Then people were asked to share a best practice for their strongest developed principle and to choose the most inspiring best practice within the leadership principle they wanted to develop. Over the course of a year we ran several cycles in several groups. The quality of best practices improved every cycle and leadership received better ratings in employee engagement surveys.
