Our Agile Peer Learning Week offers access to a community of managers, exchanging their best practices on how they have engaged their teams to become more agile.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our Peer Learning cycles are video conference based. You can either share your inspiration, or learn from others or do both. Our cycles run one week and follow a strict schedule.

 

You can upload your inspiration on Monday. You can pick a best practice on Wednesday and all the video conferences run on Friday. Joining takes approximately two hours and is free of charge.

How to engage my team to become more AGILE ?

 

ROTATING MANAGER

You need full engagement of every team member to become an agile team. ‘Rotating manager’ ensures full engagement, enabling smooth cooperation. Rotating the function of chairman of the meeting on a monthly basis, gives team members the possibility to deep-dive into the team’s ambitions, seeing the big picture.
A great side effect is that people can also test their management skills. The manager coaches and guides the monthly chairman. The rotation order should be clear in advance: for instance alphabetically.
