Yet another tip to create agile TEAMS
We're pleased to announce that during our last Peer Learning week, one additional concept really inspired the participants. This concept was labelled 'Gas or Brake'. Please read it by scrolling down. The concept was shared during our recent Peer Learning Week (November 12th to 16th) between managers of large organizations on how to make teams more #Agile.

Why are we sharing this?
We are InspiringPeople. We are connecting managers of large organizations to inspire each other and develop themselves on leadership topics. By joining our community of managers, you can join our upcoming Peer Learning Weeks.

Gas or Brake
Creativity needs to flow to increase agility. Each team has creators, coming up with ideas, and critics, challenging and questioning ideas. Sometimes creators feel held back by critics. In these cases it’s good to ask your team members what is more important in a car: gas or brake. Opinions will differ, but eventually you need both: a car only arrives at its destination safely when gas and brake are used intermittently. So try to differentiate between brainstorming ideas (gas) and challenging them (brake).
Do you also want to develop yourself on #Agile, or inspire others ?
InspiringPeople is connecting people through its community, providing access to videoconferences to inspire the community members, so that they can develop themselves on leadership topics.
